- Your conversation data is stored and made available to you within the app.
- By using voice features, you consent to the capture and processing of audio for transcription; the app does not perform continuous/background listening and records only when you actively engage voice input.
While we have agreements in place with our technology providers to protect your information, their processing of your data is also subject to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share information in the following cases:

6.1 Viewing History in-App
Depending on the features available to you, you may be able to view some prior conversations or summaries in the app. Full in-app access to your entire conversation history is not guaranteed.
6.2 Account Deletion (Self-Serve)
You can delete your account through the app. When you do, we will delete your personal data, including conversation records, from our active systems. Note: Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions via Apple (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions).
6.3 Legal Rights
Depending on your location, you may also have the following legal rights regarding your data:
- Access & Portability: Request access to or a copy of your personal data (including conversation records we store).
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of personal data (in addition to self-serve account deletion).
- Restriction/Objection: Limit or object to certain processing.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Revoke consent where processing relies on consent.

- Payment records as required by tax and financial regulations.
Upon account deletion, we will securely delete or anonymize your data unless required by law to retain it.
